West Terrace was reimagined from the inside out: walls came down, ceilings opened up, and a warren of small rooms became one bright, connected living space.
White-oak floors, a book-matched stone backsplash and matte-black steel windows set a calm, modern tone, while a generous island anchors the kitchen for everyday life and easy entertaining.
The result is a home that feels twice its footprint — elevated, durable and full of Austin light.
