At Mount Vernon we blended renovation with a considered addition — keeping the home's single-story ease while opening it up to more light and better flow.
A crisp palette of grey lap siding, warm cedar and black-framed windows gives the exterior real presence, and inside a black range hood and quartz island bring quiet drama to the kitchen.
It's exactly the kind of old-meets-new problem the studio loves: respectful of the original house, but unmistakably elevated.
